Split Training

Weight loss is notably accelerated via a pronounced activation of the metabolism. The metabolism is increasingly activated when repeated energy spending demands are made on the body. It is then recommended to fragment training, if possible.

It would thus be more profitable to execute two daily 30 minutes training sessions, instead of a single 60 minutes training session. The metabolism then remains at a higher level, enhancing a weight loss.
